The privacy policy
No dark magic here. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what happens to it.

Who this covers
This policy covers teddywizard.com, operated by Teddy Wizard LLC ("we", "I"). It applies to visitors of this site. Client projects (sites I build for others) have their own policies.
What I collect
If you submit the contact form, I receive what you type: your name, email, phone number if you include it, the service you're interested in, and your message. That's it, and it goes straight to my inbox so I can reply.
The site also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit and how they found the site. GA4 collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) via cookies. The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a human and may set its own cookie to do so.
What I do with it
Contact form submissions are used to respond to you and for nothing else. I don't sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site.
Third parties
The services that touch site data are Google Analytics (usage analytics) and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection). Each processes data under its own privacy policy. I don't run ad trackers or social pixels.
Your choices and rights
You can browse the whole site without submitting anything. You can block cookies in your browser and the site still works. Depending on your state (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have the right to know what personal information I hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask me to delete it. To do any of that, email teddy@teddywizard.com and I'll handle it directly. I do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of selling.
Children
This site is for real estate professionals and is not directed at children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date. Questions about any of it are welcome at teddy@teddywizard.com.
